RU OK? Day – Random Acts of Kindness

This R U OK? Day, Volunteers from the Gold Coast Suicide Prevention Collaborative will be roaming Robina Town Centre, performing random acts of kindness and they are encouraging the community to do the same.
Gold Coast Community members are encouraged to take the time to check in on their loved ones, ask them R U OK? and help spread the love within the community by participating in Random Acts of Kindness.
How to be involved?
Come along to Robina Town Centre between 10am and 1pm.
Complete your own random act of kindness – say g’day to a stranger, a friendly smile, call a friend and check in, pay it forward in helping someone else, take the time to tell someone you love them, donate to your local food bank – whatever you would like… most of all, spread the good vibes and connect and check in with others.
