Gold Coast Wellbeing Week has something for everyone. Whether you join us to interact with the artwork at Swell, for morning tea, a skate lesson or a walk and chat, we look forward to connecting with you.

LIVINWell Presentation

Join us for a community LIVINWell session and viewing of Detective Duck videos. Learn about mental health and wellbeing.

Out of the Shadows Walk

Join us on World Suicide Prevention Day as we walk along the beach to remember those lost to suicide. The walk will start at Main Beach and end at Surfers Paradise. The walk will be followed by the lighting of the Q1 and as the sun sets there will be time to connect over nibblies and refreshments.

All sale proceeds will be donated to Black Dog Institute’s mental health research.

Pizzey Park

Ride & Vibe at the Pizzey Park Youth Fest. Join us at the Pizzey Park Pump Track for a range of BMX and Skate workshops to learn how to ride the track along with a DJ setting the scene for a morning out.
